Game Boost also feels somewhat edgy to me. With Game Boost enabled, the board sets a fixed 1.375V on the processor. Not only is this pushing excess power to the processor, but it also disables power-saving features.
The upper righthand edge of the ACE doesn't have the controls I am used to as a lot of that is at the bottom, as we observed earlier. However, up here, we do have the voltage read points and post status LEDs.

Here, with the MP600, we see the ACE once again fall off a bit; although its small and within a reasonable margin, it is lower than other results we have on Z490 boards, which makes me question if the DMI on the ACE is cluttered.

Overall Review: I always go MSI for my motherboards, love the quality and bios. I bought this to replace my MSI z370 gaming m5 for my 8700k to upgrade to the i9-10900k

Before we move click here on to the software side of things, one last thing I should note is the behavior of the CPU-related fans with this board. To keep the processor cool while overclocking, I’m testing with a high-end 240mm water cooler from Corsair. Heat was never shown to be an issue while testing, with temps never passing 60 degrees C under load.
SuperPi is a much older test, but it's worth including as it is a single-threaded computation workload that really can show in granular detail differences in the computational ability of the silicon being tested.
